Product specifications and customer requirements determine whether one, two, three or more banding heads are needed, standard or customised.

Products can be fully automatically transported from a central entry point to into the banding heads by means of servo pushers. And onwards via an outfeed conveyor. The most optimal solution will be achieved by full consultation with the customer.

Stacking, bundling and cross-banding

No two products are the same and each application has its own specific requirements. In some cases cross-banding will be the best solution. For some products this will create an even more secure and sturdy package, which can be beneficial in order picking or other logistical processes. Cross-banding can be achieved with both standard and fully automatic and multi-head equipment.
